Simply light the fire under the grate platforms with a Fira Spell and you can ride your way to the top. From here continue to climb up until you find the Evil Playroom. If you fail to do that he will use one of his powers which are Summon Heartless, Toy Soldier Guns will be fired, he will heal himself, which is very annoying.
